It’s been a while since the last blog post I made, writing this while in the rhythm of the falling rains. It is summer season here in the Philippines, we started to feel the heat during the month of March. Summer but raining, I know right? Today is Sunday and the rain is still pouring yesterday. It hasn’t stopped yet. Before the rain happened, it was very, very hot, well, I don’t know if you guys can feel it too. Let me know if you have the same feeling. But still, I am very thankful that of rains because it gives us a cold environment, taking a pause from the heat, especially that we are weekend days. The sky is gray, Mr. Sun is not showing and no heavy winds. To be honest, my perspective of being productive was changed or let’s say updated. I used to describe it by accomplishing major tasks; going outside to buy something, cleaning, cooking, washing clothes and etc. But now, it has been two days today, I did nothing of those mentioned tasks. I haven’t taken a shower yet, honest t

It has proven by a lot of people that Boracay is one of the best beaches found in the Philippines. It is very known to its sand's texture, fresh air, parties, fun activities and more. Yes, without a doubt Boracay, now, is a smidgen swarmed but I think it would be occasional.
Here are the details of our travel from Cebu to Boracay:
Getting to Boracay:
From SM Cebu City, ride MyBus to Mactan International Airport and it cost 25.00/person.
By an airplane, we had the last flight which was 11:40 pm and arrived at Kalibo International Airport at 12:45 am.
When in Kalibo International Airport, ride a van going to Jetty Port and the fee is 200.00/person. Travel time is 1.5 - 2 hours. In our case, we were just 6 passengers with the same trip to Jetty Port. The driver couldn't find other passengers, so he asked for 1,400.00/special trip in order for us to travel right away.
At Jetty Port, ride a boat going to Cagban Port, Boracay Island. Fees: environmental fee - 75.00/person, terminal fee - 100.00/person, boat - 75.00/person for non-Aklanon while 35.00/person for Aklanon.
At Cagban Port, ride a tricycle going to Station 1, Station 2, and Station 3. It will depend where your accommodation is located. The tour guide that we had told us that the fare going to station 2 is 100.00/trip only, but we paid 150.00 because we didn't know how much it was at the first place.
Note: Amounts are in PHP currency
In going home, just reverse the steps above.

What sort of traveller would you say you are? A person who ventures due to a broken heart or just trinkets and happily making a new place has to offer? These days, travel is the most talked expression of the society and has completely changed the souls of everybody. I am a dreamer. A dreamer of so many things since the day my way of thinking is maturing. When I was in my primary years I wanted to become a nurse. During secondary years, I aimed to graduate and study in a precious university for my college. Tertiary, I wanted to graduate with honours and find a stable job so that I could give back help to my family. What am I today? I am currently working as a software developer, a travel and lifestyle blogger, and an explorer. To travel wasn't really in my passion before, not until I met new friends. They were the one who became my second family, food and travel buddies. That was during college days, our first best summer trip was happened at Coco Palms Resort, Danao,
My friends, sister and I decided to celebrate the long weekend away from the city. We planned the trip 2 weeks before the actual date to really prepare on it. Some decided not to go due to financial issue and hectic schedule. Anyway, let's start the short story. All of us agreed to go in Bantayan Island , it's my third time but all worth it, and the budget must be 1, 500.00 each. We booked a room to stay overnight at Queen Elizabeth Beach Resort and it cost 1,800.00/8pax . Actually, the original rate of the room is 1, 500.00/5pax but they offered us the discounted rate which is 1, 500.00/8pax . The room has 1 CR and fully air-conditioned. Hagnaya Port Waiting Area Hagnaya Port Waiting Area The resort is just simple, clean and very satisfying customer service. Everything that we need is already in the resort from food, utensils, etc. Pak na Pak ! The ambiance is not that good compared to others, but it's worth it. I will recommend this resort for those
Dice Kong Board Games Cafe is an extreme play area for game lovers in Cebu City. Customers get unlimited hours of access to their wonderful library of games, for an expense of P100, which incorporates various classics, party games, card games, and adventure games. They offer variety of food , snacks and special beverages. They also sell board games at a good price. We played the following board games Machi Koru, Splendor, Halli Galli, Spot It, and Jungle Speed. I recommend you to play Halli Galli, I am very sure that you'll be having fun with your group. "Halli Galli is a speed action game in which players watch for sets of exactly five fruit. The deck contains 56 playing cards showing four kinds of fruit in groups of 1 to 5 and a bell of the type found at hotel reception desks." The cafe is owned by Ian Ong , Poy Mendoza and Sherwin Ko .
